Specialities
Navigating Chronic Illness
Living with a chronic illness can impact every aspect of life—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Together, we create a supportive space to process challenges, manage stress, build resilience, and develop strategies that help you navigate your journey with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Eating Disorders
Recovery is about more than changing behaviors—it's about healing your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. Through a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, we work together to explore underlying struggles, foster self-acceptance, and support lasting emotional and physical well-being.
Life Transitions
Major life changes can bring uncertainty, stress, and unexpected emotions. Whether you're facing a career change, relationship shift, relocation, or a new chapter in life, counseling can provide guidance and support as you navigate challenges, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
Grief and Bereavement
Grief is a deeply personal experience, and there is no right or wrong way to navigate it. Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or another form of loss, counseling offers a compassionate space to process your emotions, honor your experience, and find hope as you move forward.

Comprehensive Care Tailored to your Recovery Journey
Treatment Modalities and
Orientations
I utilize evidence based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to best support clients in intervening on unwanted and harmful behaviors. With formal education in sociology I also think the social context we exist within matters. For this reason I utilize humanistic orientations such as feminist theory, person-centered approaches and through a disability liberation viewpoint. I identify as an anti-diet, health at any size clinician.
Navigating the world with a chronic illness myself allows for me to share lived experience with my clients and navigating complex systems that can be difficult and
overwhelming. You are not alone- we are walking together.
